SugarCon 2010, SugarCRM's fourth annual user and customer conference, brings together SugarCRM users, developers, partners and industry experts from around the world.

On Tuesday, April 13 at 4 pm PT, Andrea Dawkins, R&D project manager at Entrinsik, will lead a discussion aimed at instructing SugarCRM users how to better monitor business performance in the system with Entrinsik's Informer web reporting tool. Dawkins' presentation, titled, "Automate Tracking and Forecasting in SugarCRM with Informer Web Reporting," will demonstrate how Informer software delivers immediate insights into contacts, leads and prospects, enabling SugarCRM users across the organization to monitor business performance as the data is changing.
