Contact Zone provides a simple approach to data quality, using a streamlined graphical user interface to map data transformations from any type of source database to any type of data warehouse.

Contact Zone incorporates Melissa Data's advanced data quality capabilities such as address cleansing and updating, name parsing and email validation. Users avoid spending time and resources integrating data quality tools through complex software programming, and instead simply target the data to be cleaned, and apply cleansing options using a visual interface and drag-and-drop tool. U.S. and Canada addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are easily parsed, validated and corrected for improved segmentation and targeting.
