Justin Segal is an entrepreneur and real estate executive with experience in real estate investment and management, startup companies, and technology.
As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin oversees operations, leasing, marketing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin’s focus on analytics, enterprise data, and process engineering has helped make the company a national leader in commercial real estate in the use of technology to support business decisions and operations.
Justin is also a principal or director of several affiliated entities including Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), Tidewell Energy (natural gas), and CasAlegria (residential sales and lending). Prior to Boxer, Justin founded Stemmons Software, providing financial accounting software for the real estate industry, and worked for several years advising early-stage venture-funded startup companies in Silicon Valley.
Justin holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from New York University School of Law. Justin also serves on the boards of YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee, the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership Forum, and the Houston Education Research Consortium, and is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (Webby Awards).
