Join IOUG Oracle Support Council

Would you like to become a part of this Council, and have a direct line into the Oracle Global Support team?  If so, please email expressing your interest.  What are the responsibilities of a Council member?

  • Represent current customer base on support issues
  • Poll peers at other companies to solicit additional input as needed
  • Identify support problems experienced by technology customers and suggest ways to solve
  • Publish information for membership on support issues
  • Coordinate with other Local or Regional user groups soliciting volunteers, providing test plans, test databases, and personnel to assist in testing technology products
  • Provide feedback to Oracle on the results of Quality Assurance initiatives
  • Provide input/support of council meeting agenda topics and areas of focus
  • Support of any member-wide surveys or focus groups to gauge feedback
