Luminex STM provides multiple data centers in campus or metro regions support for active-active tape operations, with continuous availability and redundancy.
Designed for large and complex mainframe data centers, Luminex STM provides data path redundancy between the mainframe and storage. Failures or outages of storage systems, network paths, or any component will automatically recover with no mainframe intervention and assured data integrity, the vendor said. The product set also includes synchronous storage mirror technology, designed to help ensure continued operations for a wide range of infrastructure failure scenarios.
