Pick Cloud, Inc. has joined the Google Cloud Compute Platform Technology Partner program to continue to provide rich cloud services to MultiValue customers.
“We’re going to be exclusive with Google because of the offering, their provisioning, their performance, and of course, not to be forgotten, is their price,” said Mark Pick, president and CEO of Pick Cloud. “We are now able to drop our price anywhere from 25% to 75% on some of the offerings we had before.”
Users will benefit from a server that’s available 24/7, is easy to customize and secure, and more, Pick said.
This program includes partners such as systems integrators, IT consultant firms, developers and other professional services companies that help their clients design, develop, and manage new cloud-based solutions.
As an authorized provider, Pick ensures users that it is a company that is recognized in the cloud space and can support customers.
The partnership sprang from Pick’s willingness to leave hardware behind in favor of working in the cloud. “I didn’t want to be in the hardware business anymore,” Pick said.
Moving forward, Pick says, the company will continue to educate its users on the importance of moving to the cloud. “When you move into this environment where you know you don’t have to worry about the hardware, upgrades, and updates, you can get back to your core business,” Pick said.
