Asiakastieto Group, a Helsinki-based Fintech company, is using Red Hat solutions to build its new account information service, Account Insight, on an open banking platform. The firm is using Red Hat OpenShift for faster time to market and Red Hat Integration to centrally manage data sharing with business customers to deliver the most relevant, timely offerings to end consumers.

DataKinetics, a provider of mainframe performance and optimization solutions, is expanding its relationship with IBM to deliver Z systems mainframe innovation and new business value to the global Z community. "Our customers demand highly-focused IBM mainframe innovation to solve their most complex and mission critical business challenges—an undertaking that we have embraced for 40-plus years that has become the defining factor in our global success," said Allan Zander, CEO of DataKinetics.

IBM has announced new services and solutions backed by anecosystem of partners to help enterprises and telecommunications companies speed their transition to edge computing in the 5G era. This effort combines IBM's experience and expertise in multi-cloud environments with Red Hat's open source technology, which became part of IBM last year.

Nautilus Data Technologies has announced the closing of a multi-draw, senior secured debt facility with Orion Energy Partners, L.P. for the commissioning of a 6.0MW colocation data center located in Stockton, California (Stockton I) and construction of additional data center projects in the Nautilus pipeline. Nautilus is a provider of data centers, using a sustainable water-based cooling process to achieve power usage effectiveness and improvements in environmental performance.

Vizient, a healthcare performance improvement company, has entered into a partnership with IBM Watson Health that is intended to help each company better serve its customers in areas including performance benchmarking, strategic planning, and clinical and operational performance. "By leveraging data, insights, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, Watson Health is working to provide solutions and services designed to help improve clinical decision making and simplify administrative processes, with the goal of a better overall patient experience," says Barbara Hayes, general manager, payer and provider, IBM Watson Health.
