Cisco, Apple, Aon, and Allianz have announced a new cyber risk management solution for businesses, comprised of evaluation services from Aon, technology from Cisco and Apple, and options for enhanced cyber insurance coverage from Allianz. 

HarperDB, an enterprise class database company, is launching HarperDB, an HTAP (Hybrid Transactional/Analytical Processing) database solution that will eliminate the need for multiple database products and costly expenses amassed by big data footprints. This solution is designed for developers and HarperDB's database is powered by a patent pending data storage algorithm that ingests both unstructured and structured data into a fully indexed, single model data store.

Melissa, a provider of global contact data quality and identity verification solutions, has introduced Melissa Direct, a one-stop shop for list hygiene, data appends, sales leads, and mailing software.

Rubrik, the Cloud Data Management Company, is acquiring Datos IO to extend its reach into cloud applications and databases adopted by application and DevOps teams. By bringing together the two companies' complementary product portfolios, Rubrik accelerates its mission to become the premier cloud platform for enterprises to orchestrate application data across datacenter and public cloud.

SentryOne is planning to expand internationally by opening an office in Dublin City Centre, Ireland, in early 2018. The company plans to manage its European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) operations through the new Irish subsidiary and will add sales, channel and customer support staff as soon as next month. The Irish company, SentryOne Ltd., will be wholly owned by SentryOne.
