Hitachi Vantara plans to acquire REAN Cloud LLC, a global cloud systems integrator, managed services provider, and solutions developer of cloud-native applications across big data, machine learning, and emerging internet of things (IoT) spaces.

DH2i, a provider of multi-platform availability, disaster recovery (DR), and cost improvement solutions for Windows, Linux, and Oracle databases, and Docker containers, has extended its Technology Partnership Program.  For end clients and channel partners, the company says, this assures that DH2i's DxEnterprise software will deploy and operate successfully in increasingly heterogeneous environments.

Syncsort has introduced new additions to its Syncsort Assure family of products that can be used to help address compliance challenges faced by IT leaders.
