The Long Tail of the Hybrid and Multi-Cloud

We all know our future for data warehousing is in the cloud. As we start making our way there, we recognize a number of challenges - there is no one cloud that can solve all our needs today, and there is no single step to move everything we have on-premises into the cloud. As a result, there will be a period of bridging between on-premises and cloud, the hybrid cloud, that we will need to become comfortable in while we move. And, even with our first step into the cloud, we will be taking pieces of different clouds and making them work together, in the multi-cloud.

This session explores the hybrid and multi-cloud as it relates to data warehousing and what you can do today with a modern data warehouse to embrace these concepts and succeed.
