J. Wilson - Thomas J. Wilson is the president
and CEO of Unisphere Media, LLC. Over the past
27 years, he has published and managed a range
of business-to-business publications at Crain
Communications, The New York Law Publishing Company,
International Data Group and CMP Media. In July
of 2000, Unisphere Media was established and shortly
after the company purchased Database Trends and Applications magazine,
which is published quarterly. Over the past three years,
Unisphere has expanded its media family by developing
sponsored e-newsletters, including the 5 Minute
Briefing series, while partnering
with prominent user groups and suppliers to produce
similar news products in specific IT segments.

Calvin
Carr - Calvin Carr is a partner and executive
vice president of publishing at Unisphere Media,
LLC. He is based in Palo Alto, CA, and serves as
the publisher of Unisphere Media's entire range
of products, including Database Trends and Applications magazine
and Unispheremag.com, the company's Web sites,
and its 5 Minute Briefing family of e-newsletters. Since 1986, Carr has held senior
publishing positions at Cahners Business Information,
where he served as publisher of Scientific Computing
& Automation magazine and launched a trade
show and publishing operation in Thailand. He
joined BCI in 1996, where he achieved major revenue
and profit growth within his group of IT publications
in the IBM, HP and Unisys market segments. Among
other magazines, he was the publisher of Enterprise
Systems Journal and launched Enterprise Linux
Magazine.

Elliot
King - Elliot King Ph.D. is a partner and
executive vice president of editorial at Unisphere
Media LLC. He serves as the editorial director
of Unisphere Media's entire range of products
including Database Trends and Applications magazine and
Unispheremag.com, the company's Web sites and
its 5 Minute Briefing family of e-newsletters.
King has reported on the use of technology for
the past 20 years for industry and specialized
publications, as well as the general media. He
launched the initial Web sites for the New Products
Information division of Cahners Business Information
in 1995. In addition to his background in journalism,
Dr. King is an associate professor of communication
at Loyola College in Maryland, where he directs
the Digital Media Lab. He is co-author of five
books about the use of new communications technology.
