My name is Bhanu Prakash Reddy Rella, and I would like to submit a proposal to speak at your upcoming conference. I am currently a Senior Data Engineer at Meta in the Business Marketing Group, where I build and optimize large-scale AI-driven data pipelines. Alongside my industry role, I am pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, with a thesis focused on Energy-Efficient AI and Green Data Engineering.



Over the past decade, I have worked extensively across AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with a strong emphasis on making AI more sustainable. My work has led to a patent in sparse neural networks, several IEEE/Elsevier/Scopus-indexed research publications, and the upcoming book Green Data Engineering: Sustainable Practices for Energy-Efficient AI. I am also the Founder of The Green AI Initiative, a growing global community advocating sustainable AI practices.

I have had the privilege of delivering keynotes and invited talks at conferences such as the IEEE Cloud Summit and ICICC, and I have been recognized internationally with awards including Global Sustainability Leader (Oxford, 2025) and Young Innovator (London, 2025).
