Vipin Kataria holds an M.S. in Machine Learning and Data Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. An IEEE Senior Member and Distinguished Fellow, he brings over 21 years of experience in enterprise cloud platforms, machine learning, and AI systems.

As Senior Lead Architect – Data/ML at Picarro, he designs cloud-native solutions and ML-driven analytics for environmental monitoring and gas detection, processing real-time IoT sensor data for Fortune 500 clients. His career includes architecting automated diagnostic systems at Intel, developing enterprise cloud solutions at Amazon, and delivering telecommunications platforms at Aricent Technologies and TCS.

A recognized speaker in the AI community, Vipin has presented at DSS Miami, IEEE conferences, and the Applied AI Summit. As Chapter Lead for AI Collective's South Bay Chapter, he guides a global community of over 100,000 AI practitioners, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

He contributes to AI research as an author and peer-reviewer of cutting-edge papers, and serves as a judge for international AI awards and hackathons. His expertise spans modern data architecture, advanced analytics pipelines, and next-generation AI systems driving business transformation.
