Ian Phillips is the Chief Data Architect for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX.  Ian is also a LM Fellow, Master Architect and INCOSE ESEP.  Ian also leads the Data Security Federation Working Group for OAGI.

 

Ian has a broad IT background having worked in software and hardware development, application integration, middleware, datacenter infrastructure, networking, and systems integration and deployment domains.

 

Ian has led activities in all phases of the systems lifecycle, in all LM business areas, and for external commercial business partners.  Ian has worked on internal IT systems as well as on customer contracts for IT related systems.

 

Ian first developed the Information Lifecycle Concept in 1998, and he continues to refine the ILD concept.  The Data Security Federation concept was first published in 2024.
