I’m a Data Governance Analyst at Weyerhaeuser, with prior experience as a Data Analyst at Onsemi.Over the past years, I’ve worked, led and delivered enterprise scale data initiatives across a wide range of business functions including Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain. My work has been centered on data governance by driving data quality, data cataloging, data stewardship, and metadata management ensuring data is accurate, consistent, secure, and aligned with business priorities. I’ve worked on defining and implementing data quality rules, establishing data standards and policies, enabling data lineage and traceability, and supporting data privacy and compliance initiatives. My focus has been on building scalable governance frameworks with cross-functional collaboration to ensure data is treated as a strategic enterprise asset.
