Vadim Nareyko is the Chief Executive Officer at EnCata Soft, Partner at EnCata and Founder of Management Masters School. Prior to EnCata, he was Head of R&D departments in plenty of software companies. During his previous jobs, he got outstanding experience in software development and management. As a result, he published an enormous amount of articles in the field of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technology. 

Now Vadim is a leading expert in the sphere, sharing his great experience at conferences and advising exclusive solutions to hardware and software startups. 

Vadim is also an Agile and Lean practitioner that implement up-to-date methodologies in a real business environment. 

In his free time, Vadim enjoys mentorship at hackathons. In 2015, he was awarded as a mentor of the year in Belarus.
