Janis Griffin has over 26 years of Oracle DBA experience including design, development and implementation of many critical database applications. Before coming to Quest Software, Janis held DBA positions primarily in the telecom and network industries,  working with both real-time routing databases and OLTP business to business applications. Janis has focused on best practices in database performance tuning and speaks regularly at Oracle conferences and user groups. Janis is an Oracle ACE. As a highly successful liaison between management and technical staff, Janis has proven to be an effective collaborator implementing cutting-edge solutions.
