The International Sybase User Group is pleased to announce that Michael Bendorf has been appointed Communications Director at its recent board meeting on August 26th.
"We are please to welcome Michael to the ISUG board of directors," said Bryan Enochs, ISUG president. "He has significant experience with web development and social media and will be an asset to the organization. His role will be to create and execute a communications plan utilizing 21st century technologies that will be of benefit to all members of our organization."
Bendorf is manager of Client Software Development at First Pacific Corporation. For the last 10 years he has been writing software using Sybase SQL Anywhere.
"I am extremely happy to be given the opportunity to serve the ISUG community in this manner," said Bendorf. "Getting to work with an organization comprised of members from many different backgrounds is an exciting challenge for me and I am looking forward to my new role."
