IBM to Spotlight Real-World Linux and KVM Use Cases and Benefits at Red Hat Summit – June 11-14


At Red Hat Summit 2013, IBM will showcase use cases for IBM, Red Hat, and related partner products and services, as well as provide insight into emerging technologies and what they represent to customers. For the 9th consecutive year, IBM is a premier sponsor of the event, taking place at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, June 11-14. You can register for Red Hat Summit at www.redhat.com/summit.

IBM’s participation at Red Hat Summit kicks off on Tuesday, June 11, at 6 pm, with a keynote by Arvind Krishna, General Manager, Development and Manufacturing, IBM Systems & Technology Group.

On Wednesday, June 12, 10:40-11:40 am, in Room 312, Jean Staten Healy, Director, Linux and Open Virtualization, IBM, will moderate a panel discussion, “Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, KVM, & OpenStack: A Use Cases Panel.” The panel discussion between IBM and Red Hat customers and partners will put a sharp focus on three key areas: common Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, KVM, and OpenStack use cases; the organizations that are using Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, KVM, and OpenStack; and the business benefits that are being realized.
