Entrinsik, developer of Informer agile operational reporting and business intelligence software, has formed a partnership with SugarCRM, provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solution.
According to Entrinsik, as its SugarCRM customer and reseller base expanded, Entrinsik used the Informer Partner Toolkit API to create a seamless integration with the SugarCRM platform, creating a CRM and advanced reporting experience that expands the reach of SugarCRM data throughout the organization and providing for a true business intelligence environment.
Delivered with pre-configured mappings and sample reports, Informer software provides real-time reporting, data analysis and interactive dashboards to extend the value of customers’ SugarCRM systems. With Informer integration, Sugar users can access data from multiple sources including SugarCRM, Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, Oracle, IBM DB2, MySQL, and Rocket UniData and UniVerse; incorporate run-time variables allowing users to specify filter parameters and underlying Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on the fly; easily construct ad-hoc reports with that contain rich content and integration with Sugar; and connect Informer reports to SugarCRM to access lead, account, and task details.
Through direct engagement with SugarCRM customers and resellers, Entrinsik says Informer will evolve with the community as SugarCRM itself expands functionality and as new metrics and KPIs are created to deliver greater insight into customer engagement. With the ability to package Informer content for deployment across instances, SugarCRM resellers can deliver customized content bundles, and customer sites can share content definitions as well – with the result that as the community of Informer SugarCRM sites expands, the quality of community sourced content definitions can expand with it.
