Revelation Software is firming up plans for its 2015 conference which will showcase new features available in the next major release of its flagship product, OpenInsight 10.0. The conference will be held in Houston, Texas, at the end of Q1 or beginning of Q2 2015, according to Robert Catalano, director of sales at Revelation.
The major focus of the conference will be the new release of OpenInsight, which will include a 64-bit implementation of the product; the integration of the open source code management system Git; an interface for the NoSQL database Couchbase; and advancements in the network drivers that allow them to reconnect to a session in the event that network connectivity is dropped.
“We are also rewriting the entire presentation layer in OpenInsight 10.0. It will have a look and feel that is very similar to .NET, while preserving a comfort level for MultiValue developers,” said Catalano.
