AWS Quick Start Availability for StarRocks Accelerates Real-Time Analytics

CelerData, the enterprise improving business growth with a real-time analytics engine and Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner, is unveiling AWS Quick Start availability for StarRocks Project, allowing organizations to connect their existing applications to a StarRocks architecture deployed to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances.

The collaboration between AWS and CelerData accelerates user data analysis without having to scale StarRocks instances or maintain fault tolerance. As part of the AWS Quick Start solution program, StarRocks benefits from Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for improved deployment time and efficiency. StarRocks can be launched within a new or existing virtual private cloud (VPC), accompanied by faster peer-to-peer cloud connections.

StarRocks is constructed to withstand high performance queries, among various model types—such as star and snowflake schemas—enabling high volume data analyses and improving data-driven business decisions. The open project is available for both on-premises and in cloud enterprises, furthering the adoption of real-time analytics to modernize industries without the headache of complexity. With the Quick Start availability, StarRock’s capabilities are supercharged to deliver the fastest time to value of customer data, according to the vendor.

“StarRocks built an AWS Partner Solution for customers to deploy a data service layer that supports real-time analytics and high concurrency while simplifying data pipelines,” said Troy Ameigh, partner solutions architect at AWS. “This solution helps customers deploy StarRocks correctly in their AWS accounts, in a matter of minutes rather than days.”
