Adeptia Automate 5.3 Delivers Agentic Data Mapping

Adeptia, the Intelligent ETL platform for enterprise data automation, is introducing Automate 5.3, the company's latest agentic platform release that expands its native MCP capabilities—enabling users and AI agents to create data mappings using natural language and apply context-aware insights.

According to the company, this release reduces reliance on deep technical expertise, speeds partner onboarding, and makes building new integrations easier at scale.

These updates center on a redesigned AI Mapping experience that lets developers, business users, and AI agents build and validate mappings in natural language, cutting onboarding time from days or weeks to minutes.

The AI learns from each mapping and becomes increasingly familiar with the organization's data, terminology, and business rules. Through Adeptia's MCP, customers' AI agents can also create and manage mappings autonomously, the company said.

"For years, data mapping has been the bottleneck standing between a business and its own data, locked behind time-strapped IT teams or a slow vendor queue," said Charles Nardi, CEO of Adeptia. "With Automate 5.3, whether it's a developer, a business analyst, or AI agent, the people closest to the problem can now build a mapping in minutes without compromising on security, governance, and control."

Built on more than 25 years of Adeptia expertise, the 5.3 release enables self-learning that gets smarter over time and improves from each mapping. Organizations can also add documents and knowledge to their private knowledge base to further tailor their experience.

"The real test of AI in data integration is how well it handles the details that make each business unique," said Tim Bond, chief product officer at Adeptia. "We designed Automate 5.3 to learn from each mapping, building familiarity with an organization's terminology and business rules, giving teams a foundation they can build on, rather than starting over with every new partner."

Bring Your Own LLM support allows customers to use Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI through their own accounts and credentials, or run Anthropic models within their own AWS environment through Amazon Bedrock.

Combined with self-hosted knowledgebases and deployment across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, this gives enterprises greater control over their data, AI models, costs and infrastructure, said the company.

Further, Adeptia 5.3 strengthens enterprise reliability and governance, helping maintain business continuity, protect production environments, and confidently scale without sacrificing control. The release also expands deployment flexibility with native Google Cloud support.

5.3 is now available to all Adeptia customers, with a seamless upgrade path for organizations.
