Barracuda is evolving its MSP business unit, formerly known as Introns and now rebranded as Barracuda MSP, to expand its continued focus on helping users protect customers from data loss and security breaches.

Additionally, Barracuda MSP recently released the latest version of ECHOplatform, the purpose-built MSP platform that simplifies partner service operations.
In the new version of ECHOplatform, partners can easily provision and activate Barracuda Backup appliances, Essentials for Office 365, and Email Security products, all from within a single, MSP-focused interface.
Partners can view products by customer account, enabling them to easily see what services are being delivered, what the costs are, and where there might be service gaps that could lead to new business opportunities.
Partners using the ECHOplatform will also now have the convenience of single sign-on with Barracuda Cloud Control to administer all their Barracuda solutions.
Barracuda MSP's ECHOplatform is available to partners who purchase any MSP solution. Existing partners using ECHOplatform with Intronis Backup will have new functionality enabled at no additional cost.
