Bradmark Teams with Sybase and Intertech to Offer Professional Services for Surveillance Installations

Bradmark Technologies, Inc., a provider of data management solutions, today announced that it has teamed with Sybase, the largest enterprise software and services company exclusively focused on managing and mobilizing information, and Intertech Consulting, Inc., a strategic partner for companies striving to gain competitive advantage through the use of information technology, to provide professional services offerings for Surveillance installations.

The Bradmark and Sybase Service Offerings for Surveillance allow clients to customize the implementation services that best meet their needs, ranging from training, validation, migration, implementation, knowledge transfer and project planning, delivered by the Sybase, Bradmark and Intertech certified consulting teams.

"The offerings will go a long way in enabling customers to derive maximum benefit from their investment in our technologies. They ensure proper adoption of the technologies based on best practices and are suitable for new as well as established implementations," states Anish Shah, Sybase professional services director.

Bradmark's offerings begin with product-related consulting engagements to assist with the installation and configuration of Surveillance products, according to Bradmark. The program is an interactive engagement with a Bradmark expert geared toward reducing common risks encountered during the deployment of a project.

Primary objectives include improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of database tools through implementation of best practices to be used in the client's environment while using Surveillance; and improvement or validation of the robustness of the database environment in which Surveillance has been deployed. The program also is intended to introduce the client to, and asses the client's ability to use the features introduced in the newer releases of Surveillance, as well as align Surveillance to the version of the current operating environment.

"Though Bradmark has implemented many valuable features in its Surveillance product, the DBA may not have the time to informally familiarize themselves with all the features, thereby not receiving the full benefit of the product which they purchased in a timely manner," says Brad Tashenberg, CEO of Bradmark Technologies. "As specialists in IT infrastructure management solutions, we now offer consulting services delivered by a worldwide team of experts to get our customer deployments up and running quickly and working more efficiently," Tashenberg adds.
