Coralogix, a leading full-stack observability platform provider, is debuting the Coralogix Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, enabling third-party AI agents to directly connect to Coralogix’s observability data. Now available to all Coralogix customers, the MCP server augments AI agents with the context derived from Coralogix’s various observability metrics, such as logs, metrics, traces, SIEM, and real user monitoring (RUM) across production, staging, and other environments.
MCP is an open protocol and framework developed by Anthropic—-the creators of Claude—that standardizes how AI models connect to different data sources and tools.
The new Coralogix MCP Server delivers connectivity between AI agents and Coralogix’s deep user context, unique to each customer. Surfacing observability data that is highly specific to a customer’s applications and infrastructure, the MCP server enhances AI agents’ capabilities and efficacy with deep context—which AI agents generally lack in regard to observability data, according to Coralogix.
The Coralogix MCP Server exposes a secure MCP endpoint from which developers can stream live data into their own agents, IDEs, or chat-ops workflows, explained Coralogix. The server can locate custom attributes and entities in customer data that best reflects their unique configuration, ensuring greater accuracy when AI agents access logs, metrics, and traces. Additionally, customers can use natural language prompts to surface key metrics or events.
Fundamentally, the Coralogix MCP Server is meant to serve developers, connecting to the tools they already use—such as Cursor or IDEs—to not only more easily detect issues in real time but also assist in diagnosis and resolution within the same workflow.
“Adding the MCP server to our current AI capabilities will enable teams to create custom AI-driven observability experiences,” said Liran Hason, VP of AI at Coralogix. “Now, our customers can easily equip their AI agents with direct access to production observability data. Publishing an official MCP Server also allows our customers to rely on a trusted MCP source and ensure they get the best and most reliable observability capabilities for their agents.”
