Datavail, a tech-enabled data management, applications and analytics solutions provider, has acquired Skybridge Global, an Atlanta-based Oracle consultancy with expertise in Oracle ERP/CX cloud implementations and support across Oracle’s ERP, HCM, SCM and Oracle Cloud CX Suite business applications.
Datavail is an Oracle Partner and Cloud Excellence Implementer, and provides support, upgrades, migrations, and 24×7 managed services for Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Analytics, Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM products, both on-premise and in the cloud. Skybridge has achieved Platinum and Excellence Cloud Implementer status in its Oracle cloud capabilities with more than 50 plus cloud certifications under implementations, solutioning and support.
When combined with Datavail’s Oracle Suite technical capabilities as well as its Hyperion/EPM implementation and support expertise, Datavail says, the new entity provides comprehensive range of capabilities and experience.
“Skybridge and Datavail have long partnered to work with our clients,” said Scott Frock, Datavail’s CEO. “This official integration strengthens our ability to better offer a full suite of services to our Oracle applications clients and create new ways to deliver sustainable value with a deep understanding of client needs and market challenges to ease their transformational journey into Oracle SaaS-based applications.”
With the acquisition, the Enterprise Applications Division of Datavail becomes its second largest business unit, just behind its core data management business unit. In addition, with the acquisition, the combined Enterprise Applications division will have consultants in four countries focused on Oracle services.
“This is the culmination of a strategic collaboration between two very strong companies, with similar culture and vision, that will provide end-to-end value for our customers, as well as a strong platform from which our employees can grow,” said Gurmeet Bhatia, CEO of Skybridge who becomes president of the new division. For more information, go to www.datavail.com/technologies/oracle.
