Dell and Nutanix are partnering to simplify enterprise storage with PowerStore now supporting the Nutanix Cloud Platform, available with NCI 7.6, with validated deployment and managed through Dell Private Cloud.
According to the companies, this collaboration makes PowerStore the second Dell storage platform to integrate with Nutanix, following PowerFlex, which became the first external storage supported and integrated with Nutanix Cloud Platform.
Dell now offers the broadest infrastructure portfolio available for Nutanix environments. Dell Private Cloud provides the foundation with automated lifecycle management and Dell system-level hardware support, giving organizations a fully validated path to running Nutanix with enterprise-grade external storage, the companies said.
Dell Private Cloud brings together PowerStore's enterprise all-flash storage with Nutanix Cloud Platform with AHV, delivering end-to-end NVMe performance, always-on data reduction, and comprehensive cyber resilience. Dell Private Cloud brings PowerStore and Nutanix together through an automated, validated deployment experience, said the vendors.
For Nutanix environments, Dell and Nutanix have engineered an integration that preserves the operational experience Nutanix teams expect:
