Ensono, an end-to-end managed services provider, has acquired ExperSolve, a mainframe modernization company. The addition of ExperSolve further expands Ensono’s mainframe optimization and modernization services.
ExperSolve’s proprietary software toolchain converts COBOL and other mainframe programming languages to languages such as Java and C# so applications can be migrated onto private or public clouds.
In addition, ExperSolve can optimize and modernize on the mainframe, by, for example, updating legacy databases to DB2 to optimize utilization and batch processing times. By modernizing on the mainframe, clients can extend their investment and ensure they are getting the most from their mainframe applications.

ExperSolve will become “ExperSolve, an Ensono company,” retaining all current employees and leadership so they can continue to support and provide expertise for Ensono’s mainframe modernization services. ExperSolve will join Ensono’s Advisory and Consulting Practice under Mainframe and Security Consulting.
