Incorta Helps ServiceNow Users Analyze Data from Disparate Business Systems including Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite

Incorta, provider of a real-time analytics platform, is partnering with global cloud advisory and implementation services company Alcor to provide advanced analytics solutions to enterprises using ServiceNow and other leading software solutions and platforms.

By layering Incorta's enterprise analytics technology on top of ServiceNow ITSM, the companies say, customers will be able to analyze ServiceNow data that's "mashed up" -- or integrated -- with data originating from any other business system, including popular applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Workday, and Netsuite, and as a result, achieve insights based on a cross-platform dataset.

According to the vendors, Incorta's enterprise analytics technology will help ServiceNow customers make faster, better-informed decisions that improve business results.

Alcor is one of ServiceNow's key partners with a Gold Services Partner status and is based in San Francisco Bay Area.

ServiceNow helps organizations manage help desk and customer service operations that utilize functions spread across multiple business applications.

"We're always on the lookout to integrate with complementary technologies that make interactions between IT and users as seamless as possible," said Osama Elkady, chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder of Incorta. "Alcor has cultivated an immense understanding of what ServiceNow customers need to succeed while building an impressive experience on integrating ServiceNow with other leading software platforms, at process and data levels. We're excited to officially partner with Alcor and to bring Incorta's innovative analytics technology to a wider audience around the world."
