Kaarvi is unveiling its Living Data Platform, an agentic AI data management platform designed to help organizations move from raw data to governed, decision-ready analytics in one unified workflow.
According to the company, this release introduces Hey Kaarvi for conversational analytics, Living Pipelines for AI-assisted data transformation, Living Dashboards for instant analytics, and Live Sync to keep source data, pipelines, dashboards, lineage, and governance controls continuously updated.
The launch addresses one of the biggest barriers to enterprise AI adoption: trusted, AI-ready data, the company said.
“For thirty years, the fix for bad data has been more tools, more specialists, and more scripts,” said Shravan Gunda, CEO and founder of Kaarvi. “Kaarvi changes that model with agentic AI that adapts to the domain it is given, helps resolve data issues as they surface, and keeps the chain from source to dashboard continuously updated. The result is not just faster data management—it is trusted data workflows that require less manual intervention while keeping human review, lineage, and governance built in.”
The launch includes:
- Hey Kaarvi: Conversational analytics for asking questions of data in plain English and receiving evidence-backed answers, visualizations, and recommendations—no SQL required.
- Living Pipelines: Intelligent no-code transformation that generates transformation logic, validation rules, and workflows from plain-English prompts.
- Living Dashboards: Text-to-dashboard generation that builds production-ready dashboards with KPIs, charts, filters, layouts, and conversational refinement.
- Live Sync: Automated synchronization that keeps source data, pipelines, dashboards, lineage, and governance controls continuously updated as data changes.
Kaarvi is designed for data-intensive industries where decisions depend on trusted, governed, and continuously updated information, the company said.
Kaarvi’s most distinctive capability is that its agents adapt to the data they are given. Load pipeline-integrity data and Kaarvi applies integrity-specific checks and workflows; load production or reservoir data and it applies domain-aware validation and analysis; load financial records and it applies controls relevant to financial data.
A multi-tier verification pipeline challenges every answer before it is presented: deterministic checks re-execute the underlying logic, and an independent critic—running a different LLM family from the one that produced the answer—reviews it for blind spots. The original answer is never altered; any disagreement is surfaced alongside it. Every automated result has a transparent, step-by-step manual counterpart a person can reproduce and confirm.
Guardrails keep the AI scoped to the data provided. If a question cannot be answered from the available data, the platform says so and specifies what it would need, rather than inventing an answer.
Column-level lineage traces every number to its source, automated classification flags sensitive fields, and compliance posture across GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, and CCPA is assessed on demand and can run on a continuous schedule. For organizations whose data cannot leave the building, Kaarvi can run fully on-premises, behind the firewall, said the vendor.
“Agentic AI only earns a place in serious work when it is verifiable,” said Gunda. “Every answer Kaarvi produces can be traced to its source, reproduced step by step, checked by an independent second model, and reviewed by a person before it informs a decision.”
The new capabilities are available immediately to Kaarvi customers.
