Kore Technologies, provider of enterprise integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, and integrated e-commerce web solutions, will showcase its technology at the IMARK Showcase conference. The IMARK Showcase Conference, which takes place March 24-26 in Chicago, is the largest member-only network of independent electrical distributors, suppliers and member service providers (MSPs) in the U.S. Kore Technologies will present demonstrations of new KommerceServer eCommerce Suite capabilities.
“We feel our offering has unique advantages over the competition and believe the IMARK show is the best place to showcase our ecommerce solution to distributors and manufacturers,” stated Keith Lambert, vice president of marketing and business development at Kore.
KommerceServer eCommerce Suite is Kore’s product designed for distributors and manufacturers to manage business-to-business (B2B) website sales, customer relationships and online marketing.
The new capabilities that will be presented at IMARK are back-office integration, omni-channel support, lead generation, new B2C features, and product information management. Omni-channel support is part of Kore’s continued effort to help brick-and-mortar businesses compete in an e-commerce world.
“One example of the added support is our coupon feature. For example, a business can issue special discounts for current clients to order online (to support the e-commerce channel) and/or they can offer incentive to drive new business to the store itself,” explained Ken Dickinson, co-founder and managing partner of Kore.
In addition, lead generation is another new feature that Kore is bringing to market. “We developed this feature to help our customers have a competitive edge in the marketplace. They can now direct web visitors to sister companies, contractors, and dealers,” stated Dickinson. Attendees of the conference will be able to schedule a private demonstration with Lambert and Dickinson.
