Oracle Responsys has introduced the SMS Public Aggregator Network (SPAN), a new self-service application within Oracle Marketing Cloud that makes it easier for customers to find, order, and manage SMS services directly from the mobile aggregator of their choice.
According to Oracle, mobile consumer engagement has become a central tool in today’s “mobile first” economy, with messaging now a preferred channel for reaching consumers. However, integrating SMS into marketing campaigns requires finding an aggregator network that aligns with broader campaign goals, which can be a time-consuming and complex process. SPAN for Oracle Responsys aims to remove this complexity by providing a self-service application that enables customers to quickly and easily identify aggregator networks, based on region, price ,or route type.
The new SMS marketing capabilities build on Oracle Marketing Cloud’s commitment to help marketers convert customers across devices with orchestrated mobile marketing. In addition to the new SMS marketing capabilities, Oracle Responsys provides mobile marketers with tools such as Push, Rich Push, In-App and MMS messaging to connect with audiences across devices to drive customer engagement, retention, and grow mobile revenue.
