Oracle Recognized for ‘Excellence in Workforce Management Innovation’


Oracle announced it has been recognized as an Overall Leader in the 2025 ISG Buyers Guide for Workforce Management Basics.

Oracle Workforce Management, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), was classified as Exemplary, which is defined as “those that performed the best in meeting the overall Product and Customer Experience requirements.”

Even more noteworthy, according to Oracle, the company is the only software provider to be named a Leader in all seven categories evaluated by ISG: Adaptability, Capability, Manageability, Reliability, Usability of the Product, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)/Return on Investment (ROI), and Validation of the Software Provider.

Oracle was also recognized as a Leader in several additional ISG Buyers Guide reports, including:
