PDQ announced that API access and prebuilt integrations are now available across all plan tiers, giving every customer more ways to connect PDQ with the systems and workflows they already use.
PDQ is also introducing new API endpoints for custom fields, vulnerability data, and deployment status to provide deeper access to the data that powers day-to-day IT operations.
IT teams often rely on multiple systems to manage devices, track business context, report on risk, verify deployment outcomes, and trigger follow-up work. Without reliable ways to connect those systems, admins can spend extra time exporting data, checking statuses, updating records, and moving information between tools, the company said.
PDQ’s expanded integration capabilities help reduce that manual effort by giving teams more ways to connect PDQ with existing systems.
Teams can use prebuilt integrations or the API to bring PDQ into existing workflows, while new endpoints make it easier to sync business context through custom fields, retrieve vulnerability data for reporting and remediation workflows, and track deployment outcomes programmatically, said PDQ.

PDQ’s expanded integration capabilities include:
- API access across all plans: API access is now available across PDQ plan tiers, giving more customers the ability to connect PDQ with external systems and build custom workflows. Availability of individual endpoints may vary based on the capabilities included in each plan.
- Prebuilt integrations: PDQ offers integrations that connect PDQ with commonly used IT systems, giving teams another way to automate workflows without building integrations from scratch.
- Custom field management: Teams can move custom device metadata into PDQ and allow external systems to update or retrieve custom field values
- Vulnerability data retrieval: Teams can move vulnerability data out of PDQ so it can be consumed by reporting, ticketing, compliance, security, or automation tools. This helps teams connect vulnerability management and remediation workflows instead of managing them as separate processes.
- Deployment status retrieval: Teams can retrieve deployment results and status information so external systems can track outcomes, report on success or failure, and trigger follow-up actions when needed.
Together, these updates help more IT teams connect vulnerability management, software deployment, asset data, and remediation into a more unified operational process. Teams can build custom workflows through the API or use PDQ’s prebuilt integrations, including its Zapier integration, to connect PDQ with the tools and processes they use every day, according to the company.
