ScienceLogic Advances Transparent, AI-Driven, and Autonomous IT Operations With Expanded Analytics and Advisor Capabilities

ScienceLogic, delivering intelligence that accelerates outcomes through service-centric observability, is introducing the latest updates to Skylar AI—enhancing Skylar Analytics and Skylar Advisor with agent capabilities to reason over operational knowledge while increasing transparency and usability across AI-driven workflows.

As organizations look to scale AI-driven IT operations, Skylar AI helps teams reduce operational noise, accelerate issue resolution, and improve visibility across complex IT environments.

These updates enable:

  • Integration with ServiceNow Knowledge Bases: A new Skylar Advisor SyncPack enables ingestion of ServiceNow Knowledge Base articles, allowing Skylar AI to reason over existing operational knowledge and accelerate resolution.
  • Enhanced usability: Platform updates facilitate conversation sharing, improve Help Center visibility, support default-enabled heatmaps on key dashboards, and simplified navigation that routes users directly to Advisor dashboards.
  • Expanded analytics datasets: Skylar Analytics now brings together a broader range of data sources to provide more complete visibility into performance, availability, and cost across IT environments.
  • Improved scalability and data visualization: Enhanced corpus management introduces clearer document status tracking, hierarchical organization, and improved navigation for large-scale data, supported by centralized AI inference services and improved scaling to maintain consistent performance.

“ScienceLogic is committed to continuously evolving its agentic AI roadmap to better support customers as they advance toward fully autonomous IT,” said Michael Nappi, chief product officer at ScienceLogic. “With the latest updates to Skylar AI, we’re rapidly advancing our AI capabilities, bringing greater transparency, deeper operational context, and more intelligent automation to help teams move from reactive to proactive, autonomous operations.”
