Business Core Solutions (BCS) announced Level 3 recognition for its agentic orchestration platform, Symphony, as a preferred Partner extension for SAP Cloud ALM.
The recognition follows SAP's publication of the integration between SAP Cloud ALM and Symphony. The integration connects SAP Cloud ALM's monitoring and contextual information with Symphony's capabilities for coordinating and executing operational responses, according to the companies.
SAP Cloud ALM identifies and contextualizes operational conditions, while Symphony executes the appropriate response based on process context, recovery logic, and defined governance. This approach addresses a persistent challenge in enterprise operations: coordinating the actions required after an issue has been detected, said the vendors.
Under defined conditions, Symphony triggers automated recovery workflows. Exceptions requiring human judgment are routed to the appropriate teams with supporting context.
Through Maestro in Microsoft Teams, users review recommendations and approve actions where required.
Symphony combines predefined auto-healing workflows for known operational conditions with agentic AI-driven orchestration for scenarios requiring dynamic decision-making.
Maestro also provides a conversational interface for interacting with and executing workflows using natural language.

BCS views the integration as part of a broader shift from prompt-based AI assistance toward increasingly autonomous, context-aware agentic orchestration. The company's approach combines automated execution with defined controls, governance, and human oversight.
