Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is releasing Veeam Data Platform v13.1, advancing the standard for data resilience by converging platform innovation with enterprise scale.
According to Veeam, this release expands customer choice with six new hypervisor platforms, extends malware scanning to NAS and enhances cloud threat detection, and adds deeper enterprise application protection for EPIC EHR, Db2 for Windows and Oracle, helping organizations keep business running when disruption hits and restore from trusted restore points.
Veeam Data Platform v13.1 is built to reduce operational fragmentation—when disconnected tools and siloed teams create manual handoffs and blind spots—and delivering trusted, recoverable data that supports secure business continuity and AI initiatives.
By unifying resilience and security, organizations reduce tool sprawl while strengthening recovery readiness, the company said.
