SAP and Yandex Data Factory are forming a partnership to develop cloud-based predictive analytics services for the retail, e-commerce, banking, and telecommunications sectors.
The new services are based on Yandex Data Factory’s solutions and will be deployed on the cloud platform SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud.
Yandex Data Factory adapts Yandex’s big data processing technologies for personalization of search results and adverts to solve other businesses’ challenges.
Yandex Data Factory will use machine learning and big data analysis to deliver tools such as personalized offers of goods and services, which will churn prediction recommendations for the retention of customers through the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud platform. This is possible because Yandex Data Factory’s algorithms find patterns in historic customer data, enabling the highly accurate predictions of next actions for customers with the same or similar history or profile.
