CA Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Automic Holding GmbH, a provider of software for automating IT and business processes.
Dataguise - through its DgSecure platform - is now supporting sensitive data discovery on Amazon Redshift and Amazon RDS, as well as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3).
