Oracle NetSuite is introducing a series of new product innovations to help organizations reduce costs and run more efficiently. The latest NetSuite innovations include both traditional and generative AI-powered capabilities across the entire suite; new field service management and enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions; and new capabilities that help finance and customer experience professionals improve the speed and accuracy of business processes.

Oracle announced it has acquired Next Technik, a leading provider of field service management solutions for NetSuite customers which is now part of the Oracle NetSuite organization. This acquisition provides field service management capabilities for NetSuite customers, which enables businesses to digitize and streamline scheduling and dispatch.

United Medical, LLC, a multi-specialty ambulatory network with more than 225 full-service healthcare providers, has expanded its 20-year relationship with Oracle Health by another seven years. United Medical plans to deploy Oracle Health electronic health record (EHR) at additional outpatient surgery centers and accountable care organizations within its network, providing a more intuitive platform to streamline workflows and processes for health practitioners.
