Agentic CX provider Parloa announced a new chapter in its multifaceted relationship with SAP that focuses on revolutionizing the customer experience in the AI era. According to the companies, the partnership brings Parloa's AI agents and SAP Service Cloud AI agents together, allowing businesses to handle customer interactions with more context and continuity.
SAP SE is unveiling the Autonomous Enterprise, helping to enhance the world's most critical business workflows so that humans and AI can work together to meet the accelerating demands of global business profitably, strategically and safely. The Autonomous Enterprise includes a unified AI platform for building, contextualizing, and governing agents, an autonomous suite that executes core business operations, and a new user experience that redefines how people work with enterprise software, according to SAP.
SAP announced it is acquiring Dremio, an open, high-performance data lakehouse platform built to accelerate agentic AI and expand SAP Business Data Cloud's ability to combine SAP and non-SAP data to more effectively run analytical and AI workloads in real time. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is still pending regulatory approval.
Tricentis, a global leader in agentic quality engineering, announced SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis, AI-assisted automated test case generation—marking a significant milestone for Tricentis' partnership with SAP and bringing an SAP AI product to market through its SAP Solution Extension.
