Pega Unleashes New Lineup of AI Features Across its Product Suite

Pegasystems Inc. , The Enterprise Transformation Company, is unveiling a variety of agentic AI enhancements to Pega Infinity App Studio and it’s entire portfolio, that intelligently guide developers through application development, enabling enterprises to innovate and to go to market faster. These announcements were made at PegaWorld 2025.

"As developers face mounting pressures to innovate and modernize faster, AI must become an integral part of the development lifecycle—but it must be done in a way that is reflective of an organization’s requirements and regulations,” said Kerim Akgonul, chief product officer, Pega. “These latest AI enhancements to Pega App Studio represent a significant leap forward for enterprise application development. By embedding intelligent assistance throughout the development lifecycle, we're not just making developers more productive, we're transforming the application delivery process. Organizations can now respond to market changes and customer needs with unprecedented speed, quality, and governance."

With these new agentic capabilities, Pega Infinity equips developers to transform the application creation process with intelligent workflow optimization and enhanced productivity, according to the company.

It showcases the power of Pega Blueprint—Pega’s innovative agentic workflow designer that transforms app ideas into interactive blueprints.

Developers can now leverage Pega Infinity's enhanced agentic-power to rapidly refine and transform blueprint concepts into fully operational, production-ready applications with unprecedented speed and precision.

Pega's AI-driven development enhancements will be available in the Q3 2025 release of Pega Infinity.

Pega’s core portfolio of solutions that combine AI, automation, and cloud-native capabilities to streamline workflows, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate enterprise transformation.

Additionally, Pega is introducing the Pega Agentic Process Fabric, a breakthrough service that orchestrates all AI agents and systems across an open agentic network for more reliable and accurate automation.

By extending the Pega Process Fabric architecture, Pega Agentic Process Fabric enables agents, apps, systems, and data to work together to complete tasks predictably and dependably through trusted workflows, the company said.

Pega Agentic Process Fabric enables enterprises to build more effective agents that can automate end-to-end customer journeys.

This powerful new service intelligently registers AI agents, workflows, and data across Pega applications and third-party IT systems—all of which are immediately available on the Fabric.

By connecting any agent to this library of assets, Pega allows businesses to provide more comprehensive self-service while enabling employees to work more efficiently across the enterprise.

As per the company, Pega’s AI approach—driven by Pega Blueprint design agents—creates optimized workflows that can be conversationally leveraged by agents, giving enterprises the confidence to deploy them at scale.

Pega Agentic Process Fabric will be available in Q3 2025 with the launch of the latest Pega Infinity suite.

Several parts of the Fabric are available now, including Pega Blueprint, which has generated thousands of workflows for clients and can be used with a free Pega user ID at www.pega.com/blueprint.

"Other companies want you to build thousands of agents and then deploy their control towers to try to manage them all,” said Alan Trefler, founder and CEO, Pega. “We take a radically different approach. By weaving together existing workflows, data, and knowledge together in Pega Agentic Process Fabric, we build predictable agents that fundamentally change how employees work, and customers engage without rearchitecting all your systems. With decades of workflow automation and AI experience, Pega was made for this moment. Combining the powerful AI agents with reliable enterprise-grade workflows will redefine how organizations approach their automation strategies.”
