AlertOps, the AI-powered incident orchestration platform, announced the general availability of Status Hub—a fully integrated stakeholder communication platform that gives organizations real-time, audience-specific visibility into every incident.
Unlike third-party status page tools that operate outside the incident workflow, Status Hub is natively embedded in AlertOps' 200-plus integration ecosystem, eliminating manual handoffs, communication delays, and tool fragmentation that erode customer trust during outages, according to the company.
During outages, customers don't have to wait passively—they can open support tickets, call helplines, post on social media, and escalate to leadership. Response teams managing incidents simultaneously manage stakeholder anxiety, consuming resources needed for resolution.
"Every company has incidents. It's never a question of if, but when. What sets the leaders apart is how customers feel while the problem gets fixed: informed or left in the dark. We built Status Hub because communication can't be an afterthought during an outage. It gives customers real-time visibility into the response and the recovery at every step, instead of a status page stuck on 'we're investigating' for hours. People in the dark expect the worst, and every minute of silence costs trust. We built Status Hub to put that trust back where it belongs: out in the open,” said Chellasamy Jamburajan, CEO at AlertOps.
Status Hub provides real-time status pages configured as public facing for customers, private for internal teams, or authenticated for enterprise partners. Incidents move through a structured lifecycle—Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, and Resolved—with automatic notifications via Email, SMS, and Webhook. Multi-channel updates allow visibility to propagate via the channels most effective to your stakeholder organizations.
Traditional status page solutions require teams to manage incident response in one system and stakeholder communication in another, creating workflow gaps that produce delayed updates. Status Hub removes that gap—a single platform now handles alerts, escalation, on-call management, and external communication, enabling teams to focus on resolution, said the vendor.
Early adopters span data centers, healthcare, financial services, SaaS, and ecommerce.
Data Center and colocation providers are required by mandate to provide ongoing updates and detailed post-mortems of their incidents, as the uptime of their clients is directly correlated with their own uptime. Financial institutions manage maintenance windows with advance notifications, eliminating social media escalations and pre-empting regulatory concerns. Healthcare organizations alert clinical staff to system degradation in real time, enabling care teams to pivot without IT communication delays. SaaS providers maintain enterprise customer confidence through upstream infrastructure failures that would previously trigger churn. Ecommerce companies enable simultaneous warehouse and partner notifications for manual order routing within minutes of alerts, the company said.
Status Hub is available immediately to all AlertOps customers. Organizations not currently on the AlertOps platform may request a live product demonstration or initiate a free trial.
