Alteryx, Inc., the Analytics Automation company, is acquiring Hyper Anna, a leading cloud platform for generating artificial intelligence (AI)-driven automated insights from data. The acquisition of Hyper Anna will allow Alteryx to automate the end-to-end analytic pipeline from data sources to AI-driven insights.
Chronosphere is adding distributed tracing capabilities to its platform, enabling organizations to ingest distributed traces at scale, seamlessly integrated alongside with metrics, to more rapidly triage and understand the root cause of problems. This addition extends Chronosphere's platform to have complete coverage across the three phases of observability: notification, triage, and root cause analysis.
Datavail has acquired Skybridge Global, an Atlanta-based Oracle consultancy with expertise in Oracle ERP/CX cloud implementations and support across Oracle's ERP, HCM, SCM and Oracle Cloud CX Suite business applications. "Skybridge and Datavail have long partnered to work with our clients," said Scott Frock, Datavail's CEO. "This official integration strengthens our ability to better offer a full suite of services to our Oracle applications clients and create new ways to deliver sustainable value with a deep understanding of client needs and market challenges to ease their transformational journey into Oracle SaaS-based applications."
