Oracle has announced that it is has entered into an agreement to acquire FatWire Software, a provider of web experience management solutions. FatWire's solutions provide organizations with the ability to deliver relevant customer content, build community engagement and drive site stickiness and loyalty. "The addition of FatWire products will give Oracle the ability to provide a complete suite of software that empowers web marketers to engage visitors, converting more prospects to customers, and enhancing customer loyalty," says Hasan Rizvi, senior vice president at Oracle.

OpenText has announced the release of a new version of OpenText Integration Center featuring an enhanced, native connector to OpenText ECM Suite 2010. Helping customers better leverage their structured and unstructured content, OpenText Integration Center unifies access to multiple sources of disparate information from OpenText ECM Suite for applications such as business systems integration, legacy decommissioning, in-place content management and content migration. Rally, a vendor in Agile application lifecycle management (ALM) and a Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork, has announced that Rally Enterprise Edition 2011.2 has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle's Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) 8. The integration will allow project managers to more easily view and analyze critical data from Agile development teams, enabling them to adjust investment priorities in the organization's portfolio of IT projects.
