Fivetran, a provider of modern data integration solutions, now supports the Google Cloud Cortex Framework and announced that it is a Launch Partner for the new Google Cloud Ready - BigQuery program. For Google Cloud customers moving SAP data, they then can leverage the numerous predefined data models and content available with Google Cloud Cortex Framework, which helps users to kickstart insights and reduce time-to-value.

Microsoft announced it has begun migrating its internal SAP systems to S/4HANA under the RISE with SAP umbrella, making SAP responsible for the licensing, technical management, hosting, and support of its SAP applications under a single SLA. The migration to S/4HANA will serve a dual purpose for Microsoft: modernizing its legacy SAP systems before the end of mainstream support in 2027 and demonstrating to customers that it is capable of hosting and running one of the largest and most complex SAP installations in the world within the RISE framework.

SAP is simplifying its services and support portfolio by pivoting to focus heavily on customer adoption and consumption. The portfolio is built for the cloud and designed to help customers realize value quickly and achieve lasting success. The cloud-based portfolio offers SAP customers new experiences, extensions, and services to address their individual needs and makes it easier for them to engage with SAP at their own pace. Customers can take advantage of project-specific services as well as proactive and mission-critical support within the portfolio.

SAP is introducing an experience-driven journey to process analytics, correlating experience data from user surveys (whether customer, supplier, or employee) with underlying IT systems to give companies the ability to understand how best to optimize their end-to-end business processes for both operational excellence and customer experience.
