Hitachi Consulting, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. and provider of IT consulting and managed services, is now a SAP-certified provider of hosting services for SAP solutions and operations services for the SAP HANA platform. The companies say the certifications complement the existing Hitachi Consulting Cloud Framework for SAP solutions and serve to confirm the ability of Hitachi Consulting to deliver comprehensive IT operations services for customers running SAP solutions or applications running on the SAP HANA platform.
SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA, running on AWS combines the flexibility of the cloud with powerful in-memory technology from SAP and helps companies of all sizes streamline their overall business execution through accessible, easy-to-use, real-time data that provide clear insights. According to SAP, this AWS pay-as-you go, subscription-based model will help reduce total cost of ownership for the solution.
SAP has completed its acquisition of Concur Technologies. Concur is a provider of integrated T&E management solutions for companies of all industries and sizes, with more than 25,000 customers and 25 million active users in over 150 countries. Concur will operate as a business unit within SAP and continue to be led by its existing management team.
