SAP is launching a new job analyzer functionality that will be embedded within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solution to help organizations eliminate unconscious bias in recruiting. The functionality supports corporate talent objectives by using machine learning algorithms to predict and flag language that reflects gender bias during the recruitment process.

Rackspace is entering an agreement with SAP to provide a partner managed cloud for SAP software solutions, allowing customers to enable access to SAP software quickly and easily. Rackspace will offer an affordable, ready-to-use, subscription-based offering of SAP solutions in its private hosted cloud.

SAP is making improvements to the SAP Vora solution that will simplify deployment on a public cloud and increase flexibility when migrating between cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models. Additionally, the live customer cloud service on SAP Data Network can now use the distributed computing capabilities SAP Vora offers to efficiently process large data volumes and reveal actionable business insights in near real time.

SAP is making big enhancements to its analytics solutions across the entire platform, from the cloud to the launch of the new analytics hub. Built on SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Hub centralizes access to analytics scattered around the organization — from both SAP and third-party applications and platforms — and recommends the best analytics to fit personalized needs.
