CircleCI has acquired Ponicode, provider of an AI-powered testing platform. CircleCI offers CI/CD platform to improve developer productivity and increase business outcomes for thousands of customers across the globe. Ponicode is a Paris-based startup offering AI-powered testing capabilities, allowing software developers and engineering teams to build defect-free software at scale and with less hassle. 

Databricks has launched a lakehouse platform customized for the healthcare and life sciences industries. The Databricks Lakehouse for Healthcare and Life Sciences  provides a single platform for data management, analytics and advanced AI use cases like disease prediction, medical image classification, and biomarker discovery so healthcare organizations can deliver on the promise of precision medicine.

IBM has announced a multi-million-dollar investment in its resources to help businesses prepare for and manage the growing threat of cyberattacks to organizations across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The centerpiece of this investment is the new IBM Security Command Center for training cybersecurity response techniques through simulated cyberattacks—designed to prepare everyone from C-Suite through technical staff. Software AG has announced an agreement to acquire StreamSets, a provider of data integration for the modern data stack. With this acquisition, Software AG says it is adding a SaaS and subscription business that is growing rapidly. The acquisition is the first in Software AG's M&A strategy which is designed to accelerate growth by opening up access to new parts of its €61 billion total addressable market.

Solace is offering a series of cloud-based developments designed to help organizations integrate data held in legacy systems into cloud-based applications. Firstly, Solace has added enhanced integration capabilities that make it easier to extend event meshes to the cloud. An event mesh is a way of distributing events among decoupled applications, cloud services, and devices.
